Healthcare Attorney

We are a growing law firm, looking to bring on a Healthcare Attorney to join our growing team. The role is hybrid, full-time position. We need someone with 3+ years of Healthcare experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• Previous experience with Fraud, Abuse and other regulatory matters
• Prior experience with Anti-Kickback statute, EKRA and Stark law
• Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excel
• Admitted to practice in the State of Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to review case strategy
• Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courts
• Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts
• Trial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional matters
• Selection of witnesses and exhibits
• Preparation of written outline for examination of witnesses

The annual salary for this position is between 150k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
