Litigation Attorney

We’re hiring Associate Attorneys to join our team. Marsh Atkinson & Brantley focuses on tort and insurance litigation, including product liability, premises liability, automobile/trucking litigation, and general liability cases. We also handle insurance coverage and bad faith matters. We’re looking for emerging and seasoned attorneys seeking to take their careers to the next level by working at a firm that offers sophisticated cases, meaningful legal work, mentoring, supportive leadership, and growth in a collaborative environment.

We are a high-performing litigation team that prioritizes results and collaboration with flexibility to support balance and productivity.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar License.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with proven excellence in legal writing and analysis.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, organization, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple matters independently.
• Collaborative, reliable, and receptive to feedback.
