A well-established Atlanta law firm in Midtown is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.

Qualified candidates must have:

• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience
• Experience supporting defense attorneys in Georgia WC matters
• Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Experience managing medical records and case summaries
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
