- Evaluate the accuracy of freight bill completion. Make sure all requirements of BOL including shipper, consignee, service center, D.O.T and all customer requirements are entered by billing
- Assist Central Billing with daily operational questions to ensure billing accuracy
- Assist service centers with daily operational requirements including scanning, 602-pickup manifest system, cash report, and scanner issues
- Provide feedback to service centers and revenue accounting concerning possible problems with accounts
- Monitor Reports daily to ensure accuracy of scanning and a timely billing finish time
- Provide assistance to revenue accounting with daily needs
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Pay Range:

- Previous billing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills required;
