The Supply Chain & Vendor Operations Manager oversees the procurement, fulfillment, and operational management of the hardware and third-party services that power the Winixx product portfolio — including the fleet

OS Link device, POS hardware for vendors, and the roadside service supply chain.

• Manage relationships with hardware manufacturers, component suppliers, and fulfillment partners
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for fleet

  OS POS units from production through delivery
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and lead times to optimize cost and availability
• Build and maintain inventory management systems and demand forecasting processes
• Coordinate with the engineering team on hardware specifications, quality standards, and product changes
• Manage vendor performance through regular reviews, SLA tracking, and issue escalation
• Develop contingency supply plans to manage component shortages and supply disruptions
• Track and report on supply chain KPIs including lead time, cost per unit, and fulfillment accuracy

• 5+ years of supply chain management, vendor operations, or hardware operations experience
• Experience managing hardware supply chains including contract manufacturing and fulfillment
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with supply chain management tools and ERP systems
• Experience in electronics, IoT hardware, or automotive parts supply chains is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus
