Inventory Control Manager

Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Control Manager to join their team. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, conducting audits, analyzing data to optimize inventory levels, implementing inventory management systems, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, as well as collaborating with other departments to forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7 years of experience in inventory control management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Oracle Inventory Management modules
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• High initiative and proactive approach with a focus on driving efficiency and implementing innovative solutions.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel in order to make data-driven decisions
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects, and schedules. Adaptive and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
