Seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join our team! Works with limited supervision to achieve day‑to‑day objectives impacting supply chain strategies and operational goals. Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements to supply chain management processes and systems. Explains policies, practices and procedures to other functions to support Supply Chain Strategy.

Responsible for supporting the Residential & Light Commercial (RLCS) Supply Chain Team in strategic sourcing decisions, supplier readiness and production launches for new programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting RLCS Supply Chain Team with projects and supplier analysis
  • Driving supply chain objectives needed to meet program launch milestones
  • Consistently engaging with suppliers across various categories to align on production needs and timelines
  • Validating and consolidating manufacturing sites’ production requirements for new programs
  • Assisting manufacturing sites with production launch activities including RFQs, supplier readiness communications and capacity analyses associated with new programs
  • Identifying saving opportunities; segregate from baseline performance; tie off with stakeholders
  • Highlighting developing trends that could hinder or accelerate projects
  • Supporting the development and deployment of automated tools and dashboards for supply chain leaders and sites

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain or operations or managing a project/program.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic cross‑functional environment
  • Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics
  • Demonstrates professionalism, customer service, and job ownership
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Power BI or similar data analytics is a plus
