Our client is a privately owned, $50M+ manufacturing company experiencing healthy growth and investing in its operational leadership team. What You’ll Do- Lead the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy across purchasing coordination, inventory planning, transportation, logistics and supplier management
- Own inbound international freight operations, including ocean freight, carrier negotiations and supplier coordination
- Manage outbound transportation, LTL, parcel and truckload operations while improving customer delivery performance
- Negotiate freight contracts and carrier agreements to improve service levels and reduce transportation costs
- Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, Production and Customer Service to improve supply chain visibility and execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supplier performance, transportation efficiency and operational KPIs
- Utilize ERP systems and analytics to improve decision-making and create greater supply chain visibility
- 5
-10+ years of progressive Supply Chain and/or Logistics leadership within a manufacturing environment - Strong experience managing both inbound international freight and outbound domestic transportation
- Demonstrated success negotiating freight rates, managing carrier relationships and reducing transportation costs
- Experience with purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management and cross-functional operations
- ERP proficiency and strong analytical skills (Excel required; Power BI is a plus)
- A proactive, hands‑on leader who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement
