Role Summary Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the senior leadership teams of JD's logistics division. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering talent development, and establishing a high-performance culture. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to JD's success in a dynamic and evolving market and to support our expanding footprint across the Southeast and the broader United States.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership:
Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.

Talent Management:
Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD’s staffing needs in Atlanta-based logistics and regional distribution operations.

Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with federal and Georgia state regulations.

Change Management:
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD’s global vision.
