Business Services Category Manager (Procurement) – Atlanta, GA

Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Business Services Category Manager (Procurement) who is strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven to join our Procurement team.

You will lead sourcing initiatives and execute procurement strategies across a range of corporate service categories such as travel, legal, finance, talent, and information technology. This role combines strategic execution with hands‑on sourcing delivery and close stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, improving service quality, and strengthening supplier partnerships to deliver measurable business value.

• Execute procurement strategies across multiple corporate service categories
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects, including supplier selection and negotiations
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing solutions
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and support procurement transformation initiatives

• Master's degree in business, procurement, finance, or related field
• 5‑8+ years' experience in procurement or sourcing roles
• Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and measurable outcomes
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities

• Experience managing corporate services categories such as travel or professional services
• Familiarity with supplier performance management and contract compliance
• Experience working within global or matrix organizations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in dynamic environments

This position reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 - $164,900. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
