Senior Demand Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and asset planning in a manufacturing environment
• Develop executive and subdemand plan reviews
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the demand planning team
• Partner with SIOP process team and supply planners
• Create, maintain, and analyze sales forecast and production plans
• Conduct formal forecast reviews and improve forecast accuracy
• Design and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Work with leadership for the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Planning Process
• Process data and consolidate opportunities into a single forecast
• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics
• Present demand forecasts to leadership at monthly meetings

• 6+ years of planning, materials, sourcing, or other related supply chain experience
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong process orientation and experience in planning
• Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering
• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. Rapid Response, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
• Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
