Janel Group is a logistics leader with a 50‑year history, looking for an Operations/Freight Broker for its Domestic Division’s Truck Brokerage team in Grapevine, TX.
ResponsibilitiesFull‑time on‑site operations/freight brokerage responsibilities include freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications- Freight brokerage and brokerage skills
- Customer service skills
- Dispatching skills
- Account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
- Experience in the logistics industry (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
