Atlanta, GA (Onsite) $65,000-$85,000 + 10% Bonus

A rapidly growing manufacturing operation supporting large-scale data center construction projects is seeking a Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator to play a critical role in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and ERP execution. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities
• Receive, inspect, and process materials and equipment
• Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Support production planning and material flow activities
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners
• Generate shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing slips
• Assist with warehouse organization, staging, and material movement
• Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to keep projects on schedule
• Help support implementation and optimization of a new ERP platform

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
• Strong inventory control and transaction management experience
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics processes
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environments
• Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
• Forklift experience is a plus
