Under the general supervision of the Director, the Planner will plan and manage the supply chain of goods and services. Responsibilities include ensuring that required goods are sourced locally or imported, purchase orders are issued, and documentation is completed to receive the goods.
Qualifications- Knowledge and use of SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI for data generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply management, logistics, business management, or industrial engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or supply planning within a large organization or a diverse product portfolio.
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is required; no training will be provided for this urgent need.
Salary: $40 – $41.36 per hour

- Plan and manage the supply chain of goods and services.
- Ensure goods are sourced locally or imported, purchase orders are issued, and all necessary administrative follow‑ups and authorizations are completed.
- Work with the Costa central team to maintain all service and good contracts.
- Collaborate with 3PL to manage inventory, identify gaps, and resolve PO issues to maintain stock.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, warehouse and central TI&SC teams, identifying and executing ideas to improve cost, lead time, or in‑stock levels.
- Partner with the S&OP Manager and Sales team to create a realistic, documented supply plan, monitor deviations, and adjust as needed.
