Why the Role Is Important

Our Integrated Demand and Supply Planning consultants work with clients to balance demand and supply, design planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and implement the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process.

Responsibilities
  • Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering planning solutions to clients.
  • Conduct standard business and technology assessments based on project scope and client needs.
  • Set engagement objectives and scope, followed by development of detailed project plans for each client and engagement.
  • Support sales of NTT DATA Supply Chain service offerings.
  • Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.
  • Engage and communicate with clients at all levels during the delivery process to earn confidence and trust.
  • Review and approve all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.
  • Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) to support NTT DATA’s brand and positioning.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.
  • Travel 30-80% based on project requirements and client demand.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and/or inventory management within a consulting or equivalent environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain consulting and operations.
  • Experience using AI to aid in supply chain efficiency.
  • Experience working on large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced industry certifications (ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx Micro Masters in Supply Chain Management).
  • Experience using and implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Blue Yonder, Logility, Tools Group, O9).

The ideal Integrated Demand and Supply Planning Consulting Manager is collaborative, adaptable, client-centric, and trusted advisor with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build credibility with clients.

Must reside in the US.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable compensation range for specific roles. The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $111,172-$205,875. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and other qualifications. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation and company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
