We are looking for an experienced Air Export Agent to join a top 10 global freight forwarder. The role involves coordinating air export shipments from booking through final delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with airline and customs requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage air export shipments from start to finish
- Prepare and process export documentation
- Liaise with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with customs and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate shipment records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in air freight forwarding/export operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
