Under the supervision of the Director, you will contribute to the operational plan by analyzing supply chain data to support decision-making and problem-solving. You'll play a crucial role in implementing risk management strategies and optimizing costs through business intelligence.
Core Competencies- Requirements Planning: Plan materials and service requirements to ensure business continuity and proactive risk management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock to avoid slow-moving and obsolete materials.
- Forecasting – Demand: Utilize demand forecasting techniques to anticipate business trends and consumption patterns.
- Master Data: Identify and address gaps in master data to enhance MRP/DRP processes.
- Make data-driven decisions to support business continuity and risk management.
- Focus on critical objectives to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Adopt and share best practices to drive process improvement and innovation.
- Manage workloads effectively in dynamic environments with competing demands.
- Create and monitor purchase orders and stock transfer orders (STOs) for finished goods.
- Resolve errors on purchase orders, invoices, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assess open orders, expedite stock, and maintain material availability using SAP.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain management to support key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in supply management, logistics, business management, or industrial engineering.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in supply chain or supply planning.
- Proficiency in SAP & Power BI.
- Experience working for a large organization or managing a diverse product portfolio.
