Carpool is hiring a Manager of Finished Vehicle Logistics to serve as a primary connection between Carpool and our OEM partners. You will oversee the daily execution of finished vehicle transportation while protecting OEM standards for quality, timing, compliance, and communication. This role will help strengthen existing partnerships and support the continued growth of Carpool's finished vehicle logistics business.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for OEM supply chain and logistics stakeholders, translating customer requirements into clear execution plans.
• Oversee vehicle transportation from plants, ports, railheads, and service centers to dealerships and end customers. Monitor daily transportation activity to ensure shipments meet OEM requirements for timing, quality, reporting, and damage prevention.
• Track carrier performance and work with operations and carrier relations to resolve service failures, quality issues, and transportation exceptions.
• Analyze shipment data, service metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, correct inefficiencies, and lead regular customer performance reviews.
• Coordinate with OEM and internal technology teams to support API integrations, reporting requirements, and data exchange.
• Work across operations, technology, carrier relations, sales, product, and marketing to align customer commitments with execution.
• Lead or mentor team members supporting customer service, operations, or carrier management as the finished vehicle logistics segment grows.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of finished vehicle logistics experience, ideally working for an OEM or a logistics provider directly supporting OEM accounts.
• A strong understanding of OEM requirements for transportation quality, compliance, damage prevention, reporting, and carrier execution.
• Experience managing transportation performance, quality processes, customer communications, and service recovery.
• Working knowledge of transportation management systems, logistics reporting tools, APIs, and common OEM data requirements.
• Strong judgment and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing customer and operational priorities.
• Clear communication and leadership skills, including the ability to work with customer stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.
• Availability to work onsite at Carpool's Atlanta office and travel as needed.
