Program Manager – Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) to lead strategic supply chain planning initiatives for a large-scale retail/Client organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving inventory planning and replenishment transformation programs, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution vendors to optimize inventory investments while improving product availability and customer service levels. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong supply chain domain expertise, program management capabilities, and experience delivering planning transformation initiatives.
