We partnering with a growing organization to hire a Logistics Manager responsible for overseeing transportation, distribution, and day-to-day logistics operations. This role will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while optimizing processes across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee transportation, routing, and distribution operations
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight providers, and 3PL partners
- Monitor logistics performance, KPIs, and cost efficiencies
- Identify process improvements to optimize delivery times and reduce costs
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- 5–10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution
- Experience managing carriers, freight, and/or 3PL relationships
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Experience with TMS, ERP systems, or logistics software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
