Required Qualifications:
  • One year of prior supervisory and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid Class B drivers license.
  • Must have HAZMAT endorsement.
  • Must have at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
  • Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
  • DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers is required.
  • Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and inclement weather.
  • Ability to maintain a drug-free workplace.
  • Adherence to and enforce all safety regulations and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Touch freight delivery experience.
  • SAP or similar software system experience.
  • Intermediate skills operating a computer in Google Platform environment is recommended.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; well organized; creative problem solving; strong service orientation; strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic product knowledge of welding, safety, gases and hardgood supplies is recommended.
  • Be able to excel in a deadline oriented environment and demonstrate a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments.
  • Forklift experience.
