Control Analyst

Hybrid work environment – 4-week onsite training, primary WFH after (upon conversion they are 4 days in office)

As the Supply Chain Project Coordinator for the Supply Chain organization, you would be a part of analyzing their ordering and delivery process, specifically focused on Order/Delivery Optimization and a new initiative for a growing customer base. You will identify, distinguish, and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high-level quantitative skills to help drive projects and bring value to this Fortune 20 Retail client.

This team is constantly growing due to the nature of the business, and the need for speedy logistics.

• Provide project coordination to a new initiative through planning, tracking, communication, and more.
• Specifically manage the internal processes around order coordination, inventory distribution and customized delivery to customers.
• Manage customer communication post order creation via talk and text conversations.
• Identify trends in consumer lifestyle and technology; conduct customer focus groups and analyze/synthesize findings. Scan business/industry trends; scan competitive landscape
• Analyze supply chain data and visualize findings
• Provide input on strategy based on knowledge of industry and technology trends. Provide customers with specialized information from a variety of resources. Facilitate problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people.

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Experience managing projects with timelines and stakeholder communication
• Work experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting.
• Google Big Query and SQL experience a plus
• Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar bachelors degree preferred
