• Manage the maintenance and sanitation team on site and provide a level of service in line with technical requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to all relevant equipment, ensuring effective operation of the warehouse using Fix our CMMS software.
• Direct and lead the maintenance teams daily functions and assist in training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Maintain a professional culture on site and a commitment to Health & Safety, in line with company values.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained in line with supplier’s guidelines, including conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, fire protection, freeze doors, oxygen reduction and other installations.
• Create and plan preventive maintenance tasks or repairs to be carried out in a timely and safe manner, minimizing disruption to the operation.
• Work within budgeted guidelines and achieve agreed KPIs.
• Lead the sanitation team to maintain site cleanliness and appearance.
• Work closely with equipment suppliers and/or contractors to ensure proper training of maintenance technicians.
• Complete agreed internal reporting and communication as required by Site manager.
• Develop a deep understanding of all equipment and contracts on site, including cooling systems, oxygen reduction, dock doors etc.
• Commit to ongoing self and team development through internal and external resources.
• Meet the physical demands of the Maintenance and Operator team roles.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated and forward‑thinking individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast‑moving environment.

• 12+ years of maintenance experience
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automated machinery (conveyors, automated cranes, palletizers, trolleys)
• Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
