Field Service Technician (Neptune) – South Atlanta, GA / Macon, GA
Join Stryker in the Field Service Technician (Neptune) role, based in South Atlanta, GA and Macon, GA.
What You Will Do- Travel between hospitals based on assignment of service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues.
- Build positive relationships with Stryker customers, peers, and internal partners.
- Document service results in order to maintain accurate quality records.
- Self‑directed initiators who take ownership of work and drive productivity without prompting.
- Collaborative partners who build cross‑functional relationships to drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical problem solvers who identify root causes and recommend comprehensive solutions.

- Open to work with bio‑hazardous materials and wear PPE.
- Willing to work overtime, overnight, and weekends as needed.

- Ability to present ideas logically, meet daily deadlines, and work in stressful conditions.
- Physical capacity: lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs continuously; stand or walk for extended periods.
- Outstanding driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to interpret service bulletins, manuals, drawings.
- Experience with HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
- Minimum of 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
- Capacity to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Required vaccinations may apply based on customer requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- University or formal technical training preferred.
