Maintenance & Reliability Manager – Paper Machine & FinishingLeading paper manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to transform maintenance from reactive to preventive within our fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Transition the team into a proactive maintenance culture
- Champion reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime
- Oversee all maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
- Promote continuous improvement and high-performance standards
- BS in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7 years in maintenance leadership within the paper industry
- Deep expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation
