Maintenance Technician - Hospital
Peachford Hospital, Atlanta, GA is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our busy Plant Operations department.
What Role Will You Play?The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining a safe, functional physical environment for patients, employees and guests.
What Will You Get To Do?- Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
- General repair, painting, and maintenance of hospital buildings.
- Maintain grounds to include light landscaping, ice and snow removal and maintenance of parking lot.
- Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair. Ability to work on plugged sewers, flush valves, specialty faucets. Able to work on electrical from low voltage to 277V lights and ballasts.

QualificationsA high school diploma or GED is required for this role. General maintenance experience is preferred. Experience working in a Psychiatric facility preferred but not required.
