Critical Facility Maintenance Technician

• Assist with maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection, life safety, temperature control, building management, and digital systems like fire alarms, duress, access control, and CCTV.
• Maintain and track preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using electronic work-order systems.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and maintenance standards, identifying hazards and repair needs.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting, such as replacing bulbs, ballasts, and fuses, based on experience.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixtures.
• Operate various tools and machinery, including saws, drills, sanders, and hand tools.
• Monitor building conditions and conduct property tours during shifts.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies, recommending purchases as needed.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and storing supplies and equipment.
• Be flexible with work hours, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.

• High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical facility systems is a plus.
• Ability to work 40+ hours, including overtime.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Must regularly stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate effectively. Occasionally sit, squat, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 100 pounds.
