Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Responsibilities- Maintains operation and maintenance of all Physical Plant equipment.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience in a related field.
- Experience must include hands‑on practical knowledge of boilers, chillers, commercial air handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and building energy management systems.
- Must possess a current 4th class National Power Engineers license per the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) or a current 4th class Georgia Power Engineers license per the Georgia State Association of Power Engineers (will accept 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class GA Power Engineers License in lieu of 4th class).
- Must also possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration Certificate.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria preferred.
