Bohler’s Raleigh office is seeking a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and achieving high standards of excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout The Triangle (RTP), guiding them from concept to completion.

You’ll manage every phase of land development projects, lead talented teams, cultivate lasting client partnerships, and drive outcomes that reflect your expertise and vision. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.
What You’ll Do- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
- Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
- Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
- Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
- Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
- PE license preferred.
