Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of buildings and properties including support systems (HVAC), mechanical, electrical and plumbing, interior and exterior repairs, and housekeeping through outsourced maintenance and cleaning staff. Multiple site locations: as assigned within MBUSA portfolio. Ensure capital, major repair, design, and construction projects are performed within established budgets and schedules. Ensure the availability of electrical/mechanical systems that support all assigned MBUSA facilities.

Administer national utility budgets to ensure bills are paid in a timely manner and resolve disputes that could result in shutoff of electric, water or gas to any MBUSA facility. Prepare and administer budgets for maintenance of all assigned MBUSA facilities.

Achieve the most effective operation through maintenance and soft services for all assigned MBUSA facilities. This will be done through the supervision and monitoring of all hard and soft services personnel and outside contractors in a manner consistent with the company's policies and procedures.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.

Education: High School Diploma (GED) is required;
Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:

• Contract Management
• Capital Project Management

• Knowledge of internal controls, recording and reporting of financial transactions, including origination, recognition, processing, and summarization in the financial statements.
