As Regional Vice President of Operations at Kairoi Residential, you’ll lead the charge in shaping the success and profitability of your portfolio, making a direct impact on the growth and performance of our communities. Your leadership will drive operations to new heights, leveraging your expertise in analyzing data, financials, and market trends to craft winning strategies. You’ll be a key player in developing innovative marketing campaigns, business plans, and positioning strategies that elevate properties and set the stage for long-term success.

    • Take charge of a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Community Directors, driving operational excellence across real estate properties and ensuring alignment with Kairoi Residential’s core values.
    • You set the benchmark for success! Own the P&L performance of your portfolio, optimizing profitability.
  • You are the Partnership Builder!
    • Communicate vision and objectives clearly to equity partners and management teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving toward shared goals.
    • Build and cultivate powerful, strategic relationships with owners, brokers, and principals, propelling business growth and fostering long-term success.
  • You are the Market Authority!
    • Lead the charge in analyzing and steering the direction of regional and sub-regional markets, shaping key strategic initiatives for the company’s growth.
    • Spearhead impactful property tours, identifying investment opportunities and driving business expansion through frequent travel and market insights.
  • You are the Deal Closer!
    • Drive impactful relationships with Third-Party Consultants, Lenders, and Equity Partners, ensuring smooth and successful deal closures at every step.

Key

Skills and Abilities

Needed to Succeed in This Role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years in property management with strong marketing or managerial expertise.
  • Lease-up expertise required, with experience in various property types (workforce housing, rehab/renovations, distressed/turnaround).
  • Strong asset management analysis and Excel proficiency required.
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in progress).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel to execute investment strategies.
