Overview
firstPRO
360 is seeking a Payroll Manager (managing processes, not people) for a Direct Hire opportunity in Atlanta. You will be the sole payroll person for the company and will report to the VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ yrs of in-house payroll processing experience, heavy 401K expertise, and K1 knowledge.
Local candidates only--Training in office, then mostly remote except for a few times a year
Qualifications- Heavy experience with 401K - lots of involvement here. They use Fidelity, but the payroll manager does their own testing for 401K
- K1 - this person will not issue the K1s but will be heavily involved and work very closely with the Tax Manager, will keep a close eye on contributions, etc.
- 8-10+ years experience full cycle in-house payroll
- CPP highly preferred
- Paylocity - plus, but not a must
- Sole payroll Manager processing 1,200 employees and counting. Company is continuing to GROW.
- Biweekly, semi monthly, monthly, ancillary businesses on a semi monthly basis
- UK and Germany - may be coming soon
- They have a Mexico division, but they process their own
