Warehouse Operations Manager

A well-established company in the Atlanta Metropolitan area is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager on a direct hire basis to lead day-to-day operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving, while ensuring compliance. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team and play a key role in driving operational efficiency using warehouse systems, reporting, and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, preferably in regulated distribution environments
• Prior leadership experience managing a large team in a warehouse setting
• Strong working knowledge of picking, receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems (SAP exposure strongly preferred)
• Ability to analyze operational and inventory reports and drive process improvements
• Strong communication skills, high level of organization, and a customer-focused approach
