Payroll Manager – Permanent – Direct Hire

Vaco Atlanta is partnering with an esteemed client in North Atlanta to fill a Payroll Manager role. This is a permanent direct hire position. The role requires in‑office work; candidates must reside in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2+ years in a Payroll Manager position.
• WORKDAY experience and strong EXCEL skills.
• Comfortable processing WEEKLY, high‑volume (10k employees or more) payroll and supervising one Payroll Specialist.
• Multi‑state payroll, payroll tax, and garnishment experience REQUIRED.
• Payroll certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range is disclosed in this posting. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
