What You’ll Do Project & Construction Management- Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and site logistics
- Interpret and implement Owner contract requirements
- Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Manage subcontractor buyout and scope development
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and design document reviews
- Drive punch lists, building start-up, and commissioning
- Partner with field and office teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and forecasting
- Review and approve subcontractor and owner pay applications
- Lead change management, including Owner Change Orders (OCOs) and Subcontractor Change Orders (SCOs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and representatives
- Lead weekly on-site meetings and communicate progress clearly
- Build long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Coach and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Champion safety, quality, and schedule performance on every project
- Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, codes, and insurance requirements
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions early
- Maintain clear, organized documentation within the construction management system (CMiC)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial and/or commercial construction projects ($5M–$100M+)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, leadership-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam, and related tools
- Competitive base salary $130,000 - $160,000 plus performance-based bonus
