Role & ImpactAs Lieutenant, you will:
Lead and support officers across assigned posts and deployments
Ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with agency standards
Serve as the primary on-site leader during routine operations and critical incidents
Foster a culture of professionalism, readiness, and respect
Strengthen relationships with clients and represent Valor Protection with confidence

Core ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentSupervise and mentor assigned security officers
Set clear expectations and model professional conduct
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
Identify training needs and support officer growth
Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork
Oversee daily security operations across assigned sites
Ensure officers are properly briefed, equipped, and prepared
Make sound, timely decisions during routine and high-pressure situations
Maintain strong operational awareness across deployments
Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
Lead response efforts during escalations, disturbances, or emergencies
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
Prioritize de-escalation, safety, and professionalism
Ensure thorough and accurate incident reporting
Serve as a professional liaison between Valor Protection and clients
Address concerns proactively and maintain strong working relationships
Provide consistent updates to executive leadership
Represent the agency with integrity and confidence
Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, corrections, or professional security
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Strong decision-making skills and emotional discipline
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
