What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Chief of Staff & Business Transformation Leader within our Lodging division and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the President of Lodging, leading the PMO and driving enterprise-wide transformation to ensure all priority initiatives are aligned, resourced, and delivered with measurable impact. You will report directly to the President of Lodging and regularly collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Product, and HR.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Leading the Lodging PMO and managing the enterprise-wide portfolio of strategic initiatives
  • Translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
  • Establishing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio management discipline
  • Driving prioritizing exercises to align resources with highest-impact initiatives
  • Tracking progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs
  • Identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed
  • Facilitating executive decision-making by preparing analysis, business cases, and recommendations
  • Leading business transformation initiatives including process redesign, system implementations, and operational efficiency programs
  • Implementing operating rhythms including quarterly planning, executive reviews, and performance tracking
  • Supporting M&A integration efforts and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex program portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, payments, fintech, or related industries preferred
