Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Support Team Supervisor to support the Director of Support Operations and the Support Team across our fire and life safety business. This role reflects a high level of responsibility and trust, supporting strong execution, consistency, and collaboration across daily operations.
Job SummarySupport department leadership by helping drive day-to-day operations, coordination, and team support. This role reinforces efficiency, accountability, and high-quality execution across Support Team activities while operating with a high level of ownership and trust.
Key Responsibilities- Support operational planning, scheduling, and workflow initiatives
- Work alongside Team Members to maintain daily momentum and execution
- Assist with coaching and mentoring in support of departmental goals
- Monitor KPIs, schedules, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate completion
- Support pricing, quoting, and customer service follow-ups
- Model strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism
- Lead the ownership, development, review, and coordination of SOPs across Fire Protection Services in partnership with Management and Human Resources
This role does not include direct people management but carries a strong leadership presence and is expected to:
- Support department leadership by reinforcing operational standards and accountability
- Lead by example through clear communication, teamwork, and reliable execution
- Help keep projects, schedules, and commitments moving forward
- Encourage shared ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with business systems and learning new technology
- Fire and life safety experience is a plus
