Position SummaryThe Facility Asset Manager - Airline Liaison is responsible for facilities maintenance and custodial services for airlines and certain affiliated airport tenants. Primary objective s include coordinating with contractors and supervisors to facilitate routing of resources (people, equipment, materials etc.) to the appropriate location(s) based on customer requests, specifications or needs.
Responsibilities- In support of AATC’s Asset Management policy, this position will contribute to the work of others to:
- Maintain assets
- Specify, select, and integrate AM information systems
- Make appropriate AM data available for decision making
- Add new equipment from project turnover
- Update asset accounting codes, classes or other record details when needed
- Plan, organize and control scheduled maintenance plans, inspections, and audits
- Generate and release PMs and inspections.
- Review completed work orders for compliance with established EAMS and Accounting/Procurement procedures.
- Regularly engages airline and airport tenants to ensure that AATC and its contractors are meeting service expectations. Takes necessary actions to engage the appropriate entities to correct deficiencies.
- Inspects the performance of all service contractors to ensure that services rendered meet contract specifications.
- Monitor outstanding work activities for timely completion and compliance with established KPIs.
- Communicates and coordinates with Airport Community (Individual Airlines, City and Federal Agencies, Airport Tenants, Airport Contractors, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective response to customer concerns and needs.
- Completes project requests by establishing scope, obtaining bids and providing oversight through completion.
- Initiate purchase requests as required.
- Promotes the identification and implementation of initiatives that support sustainable operations in assigned locations to support AATC’s Sustainability program.
- Participate in and, upon occasion, conduct departmental operations meetings, and attend such other meetings as required.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Perform such other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned, including additional responsibilities aligned with the Facility Asset Manager role as needed.
- An Associate degree in Engineering, Business or related field with emphasis on Facilities Management or any equivalent combination of training.
- Education and experience which provides necessary knowledge, ability and skills to perform job functions.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of Asset Management Program fundamentals.
- Working knowledge MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Able to work a flexible and varied work schedule (evenings and weekends) to review project progress.
- Able to walk long distances and perform duties in all levels of the facility in both occupied and un-occupied areas.
- Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal. This includes a 10-year background search by fingerprint analysis.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and results-orientation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion.

- Work under supervision but is expected to use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
