Senior Construction Project Manager - Data Center's

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Lead the construction of a $200M+ mission critical data center as the primary project owner from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships on a large, complex, ground-up project with significant MEP and critical systems coordination.

• Own day-to-day project delivery, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and change management for a large ground-up facility.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and vendors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.
• Administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, changes, pay apps, and progress reporting.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, proactively resolving issues in the field.
• Drive project closeout, punch list, turnover, and documentation.

• 10–15+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management (flexible for strong candidates).
• Proven experience managing projects $50M+ in total value; large, complex, multi-trade work is essential.
• General contractor background managing all subs (not a trade/subcontractor PM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Data center or mission critical experience is a plus

• Strong leadership, client-facing communication, scheduling, and cost management skills.
• Base salary targeted up to $150,000
  , with flexibility via signing bonus for top candidates.
• Target ~20% annual bonus opportunity.
