Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Manager, FP&A – Hybrid | Atlanta, GA

A global services firm is hiring a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a multi-entity environment. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Own monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and reporting packages
• Analyze KPIs, trends, and variances to guide strategic decisions
• Partner with department heads to align forecasts and drive performance
• Present insights to executives and support board-level reporting
• Improve processes and support system transitions

• 5+ years FP&A experience in a mid-to-large company
• Adaptive Planning software experience required
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling
• Multi-entity accounting experience

• Professional services industry background
