About the role
Crawlspace Medic is seeking a General Manager / Market Manager to lead our South Atlanta, GA market. You’ll own the P&L and day-to-day operations of a growing service business that specializes in crawlspace remediation and repair. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role—you’ll split time between leading the office, getting into crawlspaces with your team, and driving growth in the local market.
You’ll be responsible for promoting the Crawlspace Medic brand in the community, driving sales, managing operations and finances, and building a strong, values-driven local team.
What you’ll doOwn market growth & sales
- Drive local sales through networking, marketing, business development, and community presence.
- Conduct inspections for homeowners and B2B partners; present solutions and close jobs
. - Build brand awareness so Crawlspace Medic is “top of mind” in the South Atlanta area

Run day-to-day operations
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee inspections, production, and personnel in the South Atlanta market.
- Manage operational systems and workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures; ensure excellent communication with customers.
Manage market finances
- Oversee job audits, job costing, accounts receivable, and key financial metrics for the market.
- Take ownership of market-level financial performance and profitability.
Lead and develop the team
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop local market personnel (office and field crews).
- Uphold company values and standards; create a positive, accountable team culture.
- Provide clear direction, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.
Ensure outstanding customer service
- Resolve local customer issues and ensure a high level of service and follow-through.
- Escalate complex or systemic issues to the state team when needed.
Be hands‑on in the field
- Perform work both in the office and in crawlspaces as needed.
- Identify problems on‑site and develop effective solutions for customers (with training).
- Travel for training, especially in the first 1–2 months (significant initial training in the Wilmington, NC market).

- Can meet the physical demands of the role:
- Able to work in crawlspaces and on job sites.
- Able to exert up to 100 lbs occasionally

- Meet driving requirements:
- Must be able to drive under the company insurance policy and use a company vehicle during work hours.
- Compensation:
- Base salary $90,000–$100,000 annually (DOE)
- Bonus structure based on franchise performance
