Sr. Director, Airframe Maintenance and Field Support

• Lead, mentor, and develop the field support team to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
• Manage relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts related to airframe maintenance
• Contribute to accurate forecasting and budget management for airframe maintenance events
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team to resolve complications
• Leverage technology to enhance process efficiency and oversee the transition from Salesforce to Elevate

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Aviation
• Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance events
• Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree in an aviation‑related field preferred
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strategic mindset with operational execution excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate articulately and analytically
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and thrive under pressure
