Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets and drive operational excellence across multiple properties. This onsite role is responsible for maximizing asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial results while ensuring best-in‑class property operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can manage budgets, vendor relationships, capital projects, and tenant partnerships in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of an industrial property portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to high operational and aesthetic standards.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to improve NOI.
• Lead tenant relations, including lease administration, service request oversight, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Direct third‑party vendors and service providers to ensure quality performance, cost control, and contract compliance.
• Manage capital improvement projects, property inspections, and preventative maintenance programs to protect asset value.

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, with significant exposure to industrial assets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and lease interpretation.
• Proven ability to build strong tenant relationships and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Experience managing vendors, negotiating service contracts, and overseeing capital projects.
