Property Manager; Industrial

Position: Property Manager (Industrial)

** As a Property Manager at JLL, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an Industrial portfolio.  You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.  As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation

* Required qualifications:

** 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel
