Workers' Compensation Specialist

We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare services organization operating across multiple states. As the business scales, they’re strengthening oversight of their Workers’ Compensation function to drive consistency, compliance, and cost control.

The organization is scaling quickly, and claims management directly impacts margins, risk exposure, and employee trust. Leadership is looking for someone who can bring rigor, structure, and forward-thinking strategy to support sustainable growth.

You’ll have executive visibility and the opportunity to shape how Workers’ Compensation supports a field-based workforce across multiple states.

This role can be based either in Atlanta, Georgia or Louisville, Kentucky.

• Oversee end-to-end Workers’ Compensation strategy across multiple states
• Partner closely with Operations leadership on claim trends and prevention
• Strengthen vendor / TPA relationships and performance metrics
• Drive cost containment initiatives and improve claim outcomes
• Ensure compliance across varying state regulations
• Build reporting dashboards to provide executive-level visibility
• Implement scalable processes as the organization continues to grow

• 8–12 years of Workers’ Compensation experience
• Experience in healthcare, field-based, or operationally intensive environments preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong executive communication skills
• Comfortable operating in growth-stage, fast-paced environments
