Our firm has been retained to identify a Global Director of Sales for a well-established manufacturer of engineered capital equipment serving food production and processing markets worldwide.
This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President/General Manager and responsible for leading global commercial strategy, revenue growth, and sales execution across North America and international regions.

Key MandateThe selected executive will:
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive global commercial strategy aligned with long-term corporate objectives.
- Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve annual operating targets.
- Lead and develop North American and international sales teams.
- Implement disciplined pipeline management and forecasting processes through CRM optimization.
- Strengthen pricing governance and margin performance.
- Expand strategic account relationships and executive-level engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align growth initiatives.
This role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a long-cycle, capital equipment sales environment.

- 8–10+ years of capital equipment sales experience.
- 5+ years leading direct sales teams across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success in complex, technical, engineered-to-order sales environments.
- Strong key account management and executive relationship capabilities.
- Experience managing global territories and distribution channels.
- Advanced sales process discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM fluency.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
