Landscape Workshop is seeking a proven operational leader to oversee multiple branch locations and drive financial and operational excellence across the region. The Regional Vice President (RVP) will provide strategic direction, leadership, and accountability to branch teams, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, strong financial performance, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilitie s:- Provide full P&L oversight for a multi-branch region, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
- Hold branch leaders accountable for both financial results and adherence to operational standards.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers and

* * issues as needed. - Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers to strengthen leadership capability and performance.
- Step in to temporarily lead branches when vacancies occur, ensuring stability and continuity.
- Act as a “turnaround specialist” for underperforming branches, identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
- Support acquisition integration efforts, helping to align new branches with company processes and culture.
- Deliver training, coaching, and career development to drive a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Manage and support special projects as assigned by executive leadership.
- Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the assigned region.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial landscape management.
- Proven success operating a large branch ($10M+ revenue) or overseeing a multi-branch or regional footprint.
- Strong background in operations management with demonstrated financial acumen and P&L responsibility.
- Experience in sales management or business development is a plus.
- Deep understanding of commercial landscape maintenance operations, with the ability to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
A degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
