* Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years of professional experience in corporate communications, content development, or related field.
The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats (thought leadership, executive communications)
* Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive communications
* Proven project management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities and complex timelines
* Agency management experience with ability to brief, guide, and evaluate external partners
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while meeting tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in automotive, retail, or B2B technology sectors
* Familiarity with integrated thought leadership campaigns and multi-channel content strategies
* Experience with corporate thought leadership programs
