Director Of Operations - Real Estate

We are looking for a Director of Operations to support the Stanton Team at Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta, a fast-paced, innovative, and award-winning real estate team in Atlanta, GA, to carry out basic administrative tasks and grow into a strategic leader. This position entails responsibilities in all areas of real estate, including first-time buyers, seasoned sellers/buyers, investors, landlords, real estate development projects, and private equity.

Primarily working with niche co-living properties in addition to traditional owner-occupied residential transactions.

The Director of Operations is a key Empire Protector for the growing business. This individual is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Command Center, the Director of Operations increases the ability of the Company to process transactions, freeing the sales team to focus on generating new business.

This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems.

The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the Company and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization.
